About us
Coffee Shop, Bookstore, and Wine Bar in a college town that will aim to attract mix of college students as well as a more mature audience (college professors and professionals). The main focus will be coffee and pastries in the morning with professionals having meetings and students dropping in on their way to and from classes. At night, I imagine a transition to a wine focus but still serving coffee to students that are studying or reading. The name plays on the combination of the books and wine. Coffee is left out of the name and while most people associate coffee with books, it may be necessary to incorporate a coffee element into the logo design. The space will will be a mix of seating with 6-8 bar stools, several tables to collaborate on projects as a group or work individually on your laptop, and lots of cushioned chairs and sofas for lounging with friends and wine or reading a great book.
