Florida Tourism Leadership Summit
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
VISIT FLORIDA is the state's official tourism marketing corporation. Our main objective is to drive visitation to the state from travelers across the globe. VISIT FLORIDA is not a government agency, but rather a not-for-profit corporation created as a public/private partnership by the Florida Legislature in 1996.
We are looking for an event logo design for The Florida Tourism Leadership Summit. This event is an invite-only meeting for leaders within the Florida tourism industry. Attendees are members of VISIT FLORIDA’s Board of Directors and governing committees that include high-level staff at major attractions, hotels and CVBs across the state.
The two main goals of this event are to provide thought leadership that elevates the ability of tourism industry leaders to drive change and serve Florida visitors and for VISIT FLORIDA to gain valuable feedback that influences the organization’s strategic initiatives for the coming years.
The event is undergoing a thematic transition. The content that will be presented is future focused and strategic. While this is a corporate event with an exec leadership audience, Florida as a tourism brand is also a fun and colorful. We are looking for the right blend between serious, sophisticated, futuristic and fun.
This is an annual event, so we are looking for some longevity in the logo. We don’t want to change the logo year after year, but if there were ways to slightly shift the image to reflect the year, a theme or an evolution that would be a plus.
Uses for the logo include: all event collateral (signage, name tags, digital invites, PPT presentations…etc.) and we will want to develop an animation for a video interlude between speakers.

We have also included the logo we used last year. We didnt love it, but it may give you some perspective.
