The organization teaches design thinking and innovation process in a fun and engaging, interactive forum. Many Fortune 500 companies want their employees to shake things up, think different, 'be innovative', and think outside the box. Our company creates the behaviors to enable teams to do this! We are currently focused on the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry but looking to expand to other industries.

I really like the design of a young girl with mocked together wings (made of cardboard and duct tape), arms in the air, ready to take on the world. See attached. That said, I'd like a more artful, fresh design of this photo rather than just the photo. What I like about this photo is that it suggests the girls innovative approach to flying and her spirit of entrepreneurship. I'd like my logo to represent that entrepreneurial spirit along with passion and perseverance.
Also, lots of graphics in the innovation space feature lightbulbs or rubric cubes. I do NOT want lightbulbs or rubric cubes.
I am open to color and will be open to any colors the artist thinks are appropriate.
