RemNote is a digital notebook, note-taking application, and thinking-tool that helps anyone (learners, thinkers, creators, project managers, researchers, more) work, learn, and think more effectively. The tool supports long-term learning via spaced-repetition flashcards, knowledge management via linking and organization, and idea generation via concept associations, evergreen notes, and powerful search functionality. Our user base consists primarily of students (high school, college, and life-long learners) and creative professionals. Our users rely on RemNote not only for class notes but for a wide variety of creative endeavors, including learning, brainstorming, writing, and visual/connected thinking. We’re interested in pictorial logos and hope to capture several key concepts: - RemNote supports and sustains user knowledge growth over time - RemNote empowers users to connect, synthesize, and visualize existing knowledge in knowledge graphs - RemNote optimizes study and practice sessions (based on learning science and cognitive research) so that users can better remember everything they learn, for good We've been exploring some ideas of trees with graph nodes (see attached sketch). While we’re interested in variants on this idea, we’d also welcome a totally novel direction.
