Design a fresh, catchy label for M&C Wine Co

M&C Wine Co is our new entry level wine range, targeted at $15/bottle RRP to complement our existing brand (Main & Cherry) www.mainandcherry.com.au. We are a family owned, small winery based at Cherry Gardens, in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. Our existing Main & Cherry brand focusses more on single vineyard wines, ranged at $25 RRP, whereas the lower level tier, M&C Wine Co, is targeting regional blends that provide great value for money wines for everyday consumers. I'm hoping to convey a strong brand image, something rootsy/organic/earthy. Our wines are handmade, small-batch. Shovel and foot kinda thing. The M&C Wine Co range is focussed on three core wines, McLaren Vale Shiraz, Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc and McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon. Our new label design needs to attract both male/female equally, and represent great value for money in terms of wine quality and the packaging to convey this message. Our typical target market will be 25-45 year old wine buyers, with some level of wine education, but not at a connoisseur level. Please no wine bottles, grape bunches, glasses or barrels on the design. That’s not going to work for what we are after. If it is just a simple M&C Wine Co font submitted, without giving it any real thought, this will also be declined sorry. It needs to be sophisticated, elegant and well thought out. I'm happy to see different colours (not just red/white/black), but prefer to keep it to just a few overall colours, for a classic look. Needs to still look good in years to come.
