About us
Taco Yolo is a FRESH, CLEAN, ORGANIC, TEX MEX restaurant concept. The target market is Gen X and should be positioned as an edgy concept. The interior of the restaurant has 90's and 2000's alternative music and utilizes reds, greens and yellows. Everything is prepared fresh and customers can see food prep area. It is a fast casual concept with mostly tex mex food but will offer daily specials that are not necessarily tex mex
