Design a cute (Anthropologie-esque) logo for a boutique marketing company called One True North

One True North

One True North is a boutique marketing + communications company, specializing in content marketing and social media management for brands within the food, lifestyle, and travel industries. The brand is rooted in the concept that we are each guided by an internal “true north” or “north star” that leads us toward our authentic self and true purpose. One True North strives to guide brands on their path to foster meaningful connection and build community with their customer base.

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Aquas: Empathy, compassion, clarity and precision.
Pinks: Intimacy, love, calm and nurture.
Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.

The look of the brand is bright and white, conveying the feeling of openness or expansiveness. The feel of the brand should embody the guiding values of: authenticity, simplicity, connection, and purpose. Imagery that might be considered includes: the north star, the night sky, directionality, being on a journey or adventure, the open road, and/or the feeling of possibility from the expansiveness of the horizon or ocean. The logo style is Simple and Modern with a little charm/personality. I imagine the logo in Grey, Black, or Neutrals but could perhaps include a touch of color or color option such as light Pink or light Blue, though I’m open to options. I’d like to avoid anything loud, bold, or saturated.
• Horizontal Arrows - an archer’s arrows could be place below the text ONE TRUE NORTH to convey the concept of directionality or “aiming true.” 

• Simple Stars - alternatively, a single star or simple cluster of stars could accent the text ONE TRUE NORTH to signify the concept of “the north star.”

• Simple lines - might also achieve the concept of journey or directionality.

The look might also be achieved through a combination of Horizontal Arrows and Star, Sparkle or Line elements. I've attached some images/concepts that I like. I also really love the Anthropologie branding and would like my logo to have a similar feeling --> anthropologie.com. Thank you!
