Design a cool 80's Surf Dog Logo

The target audience is ocean and beach loving dog owners. The line will be fun, retro, bright, 80's neon colorful products. Like these colors: https://depositphotos.com/vector-images/eighties.html I would like a cool cartoon dog character, maybe with some sunglasses, doing the shaka or surfing. So maybe the dog can be simple but be wearing some 80's colors? The logo will go on dog leashes, harnesses, collars and vests. So some logos will be rubber or printed. I would eventually like to incorporate other dog character drawings (Labrador Retriever, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, French Bulldog, Bulldog) into the mix of designs.

I’m mostly interested in mascot and combination logos, but I’m open to all ideas.
