In a world where mental health is on a decline and receiving so much attention, practical spiritual and mental tools are not taught enough in Christian environments.
Behind the smiling faces seen on Sunday are people who struggle with depression, addiction, poverty, relationships, lack of enthusiasm, meaning and direction in life.
These problems can be solved. But, not simply by saying "its gonna to be okay" or by throwing scripture at it alone.
Transformation is a methodology.
There's not only a great avoidance of these issues in Christian churches, but a large gap in accessibility and training and tool sets to deal with them -- both in service to others and in how people use those tools on our own.
Hence, why we are creating a new service called 3T.
3T stands for Transformation Through Transparency.
3T mission is to foster a safe, empowering space for people apply tools specific for releasing self-judging, self-sabotaging, self-criticism through transparency and apply a goal-setting, mindset accountability system to track transformation -- in a Christian environment.
During 3T services, participants will engage in sharing, group activities, music and teaching in unconventional form and open to all no matter race, religion, creed, background, or problem of focus.
