I like the appearance of a deep or navy blue backdrop with Gold lettering or logo. Backdrop in black looks nice as well. I want to avoid anything ornate or too fancy. The logo itself could be navy blue or Gold by itself or 2 tone as well. It will likely be placed over white backdrops more often than not.
I also like the idea of a black and white photo with a pop of color (blue or red). I see this in photos a lot but but can't comprehend what it would look like as a simple logo instead of a "busy" photograph.
