Accounting & Financial
Inwood Creek Capital is a privately-held investment firm looking to acquire and operate a single small business. Once the company is acquired, I will spend 100% of my time running the acquired company. My initial website will simply provide information about what the business does, who I am in, what my values are, and some of the criteria I am looking for in a business. Here are some examples of other "companies" looking to acquire a business. My website would look similar and I already have a private Squarespace page set up. https://www.dekoscapital.com/ https://www.spinnakersearchcapital.com/ https://www.sage-succession.com/
Other color requirements
Since the company name is "Inwood Creek Capital", I think it makes sense to have green, brown and other nature-tones in the logo. Ultimately it may just be one single color if that looks best, and my preference would probably be a green-ish tone.
While my website is subject to change, here are some initial pages I put together. Since the company is called Inwood Creek Capital, I like using greens, browns and other colors that you may find in nature. I'm also attaching a few example logos I like. Ultimately I need something that is more traditional/elegant given investors and business owners will look at my page, but I'd also like something with a little flare/edge to it similar to what you may see in consumer-facing brands (e.g., breweries, CPG companies). For the file titled "Box Usage", the colors are too loud but I like how they used a box and I think it could be cool to see how a logo looks with a horizontal box. If we could incorporate a small depiction of a river and a tree in a subtle way that could look cool as well. I just don't want anything too loud or intricate.
