I’ve always been passionate about real, whole & healthy food.

I spent several years studying holistic nutrition in my spare time because I felt the knowledge to be vital to the best life for me and my family. It only made sense that these decisions to fuel our bodies with real whole food transferred over into what we feed our pets.

I show my dogs love in many ways: big long hikes, hugs & kisses and like many others – treats!
Instead of giving them empty calories, I searched for treats that would be beneficial to them and their well being and I came up short. That’s how “Howlistic Hounds Bakery” was born.

Baked in the same kitchen I make food for me & my family I baked treats with pumpkin & ginger for upset tummies, blueberries packed with antioxidants to help boost immune systems and treats packed with fresh parsley & mint to freshen breath – and more! As I began to share these treats with friends and family, it became clear that others were hungry for this type of functional, nutritious treat too – so I decided to share the love!

My hope is that Howlistic Hounds Bakery will help you show your dog love in a way that is beneficial to their well being. Each recipe is taste tested by my dogs and their friends. As a dog lover, I love your dog like its my own and bake each biscuit with your dog (and mine!) in mind.

My vision for the logo is to incorporate the artisanal, hand (home) made type feel, yet something that will catch the eye on a bag of treats amongst many others.
