Real Estate & Mortgage
Real Estate - Buyers and Sellers, mostly residential, with some commercial. I'm located in Fort Mill, SC - which is just outside of Charlotte, NC. My clients are typically aged 25-65, all genders, all price ranges with the average being upper middle class clients.
There are two companies merging and you can see our current logos on our websites. TeamMorrell.com and DossajiGroup.com We would like the logo to be intuitive - that it somehow reflects real estate. If you look at Dossaji Group's, they've incorporated the Charlotte Skyline, which we like, but totally not critical. We would like for there to be a design element that we can use by itself in a smaller version - i.e. if you look at the TeamMorrell.com logo, we use the "O" in Morrell on its own sometimes. We also like the idea of the Palmetto from the South Carolina State flag incorporated somehow - maybe with a Hammock. None of these ideas are critical - we sell houses and aren't artists - we'll leave that up to you. Please note - there is no apostrophe - it is "Carolinas Dream Team", as in North and South Carolina, plural not possessive.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.
