NICVA represents nearly 1,000 charitable organisations in Northern Ireland: http://www.nicva.org
We need a logo to brand content related to a new programme called – ‘CutsWatchNI’.
The logo will be used across our family of websites and on printed materials. The new logo should complement the NICVA logo (and others - attached) in terms of style.
The logo should contain the title ‘CutsWatchNI’.
As a result of the economic crisis in the UK and beyond, the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland is currently faced with significant financial cuts. In response NICVA has launched the new ‘CutsWatchNI’ programme which aims to act as a focus for collecting information relating to the financial cuts organisations in the voluntary and community sectors are experiencing. NICVA is both collecting this data from individual voluntary and community organisations and monitoring the impact of public sector cuts across the voluntary and community sector.
The CutsWatchNI website will assist NICVA in building up a regional picture of how the public sector spending cuts are impacting the voluntary and community sector. This information can be accessed by the public, politicians and the media and will create an evidence base for the sector’s policy and campaigning work to ensure it is not be treated unfairly.
A clean and simple logo is desired, modern in format and one which avoids obvious clichés (scissors etc.) The logo should be made available in a range of formats including as an EPS file.
