Creative Logo Needed For An Investment Newsletter

I am looking to include an online investment newsletter called Uber Small Cap Report that will be featured within the website http://www.hireaportfoliomanager.com and on a website for http://www.ubersmallcapreport.com This newsletter will be seen by thousands of investors and investment portfolio managers alike.

The target audience is retail stock investors and portfolio managers.

Defintion from the Urban Dictionary is:
Uber - The ultimate, above all, the best, top, something that nothing is better than.

Please do not submit any logos with red because this color is associated with losses. Financial logos tend to have more green and blue in them. Please refer to my other site http://www.hireaportfoliomanager.com for reference. This logo was created on 99designs.
I think the colors should be consistent with the logo colors for the hire a porttfolio manager site.
I have enclosed the logo and the colors of the hire a portfolio manager logo for your review in the attach files section.
Also, please try and incorporate the umlaut diacritic which is pair of dots above a vowel to signal an umlaut.
