Loved the design, very inline with what we were looking for. We asked for a ton of changes, and all of them were completed without any issue.
Innovative One did a great job. He is a great designer, and he did a great job following my not-so-precise instructions. In the end, he worked to get me all of the file types I needed. Thank you! I'm happy.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Parkside at Baker Ranch is a planned single family housing community located in the City of Lake Forest within Orange County, California, considered one of the premier locations for single family housing in the United States. The gated community has been designed to include three neighborhoods with single family homes ranging in size from approximately 1,600 to 2,700 square feet and is located adjacent to a new regional sports park. The new regional sports park will include six basketball courts, six baseball / softball fields, five soccer / mixed use fields, playgrounds with sand and play equipment and a 30,000 square foot recreation center with a gymnasium and amphitheater.
The property is the last portion of roughly 5,000 acres acquired by the V.P. Baker and A.J. West families in the late 1950’s. Over many decades, parcels were sold by the families and eventually developed into what is today’s City of Lake Forest. The city has two "lakes" from which the city gets its name, with homes lining their shores. The "forest" for which the city is also named lies in the vicinity of Serrano Creek and consists primarily of Eucalyptus groves. The area within which the city resides was originally part of Rancho Cañada de los Alisos, a 10,668-acre Mexican land grant given by Governor Juan Bautista Alvarado to Jose Fernando Serrano in 1842. The name means “Glen of the Alders” in Spanish, after the native White Alder trees growing there.
