Specific Product Description for Which the Logo is Needed:
The Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification provides a means for employers to verify safety and health knowledge of first-line supervisors and managers. The program requires applicants to meet minimum education and experience requirements and demonstrate knowledge of basic safety and health standards and practices.
A sponsorship program exists that encourages companies to sponsor groups of their employees to help them achieve the STS certification. Any organization such as a union, construction firm, project owner or government agency, can join the Sponsorship Program. Organizations who joined the program say it has given them a competitive edge and helped promote safety awareness and training.
We have different tiers of sponsors, based on the number of employees they have sponsored: Diamond Class, Emerald Class, Ruby Class, and Participating Sponsors.
We would like a logo that these companies can display on their websites that show they are a recognized STS Sponsor. To learn more about the program and the STS certification itself, you can visit http://www.bcsp.org/STSSponsorship.
