Site provides job seekers/career switchers with experience in an "internship-light" format; They complete real projects for real companies and gain experience to put on their resumes (solving the problem that a lot of job seekers have: lack of experience). The product allows them to form teams and manage the project within the site. Target Audience: An undergraduate student nearing the end of college tenure; he/she is looking for a way to boost his resume so that he/she can land that dream job.
