a NEW restaurant, "boutique-style"; targeting consumers 25-middle age with middle-income to wealthy and into local foodie culture.

Blo9 (below 9) is a new, "boutique-style" restaurant that will accommodate 60 consumers (50-dining room and 10 bar stools) at one time. The name is a representation of where my fiancee and I were born, and raised. We both are New Orleans, Louisiana natives, as well as our Executive Chef. Within New Orleans, the surrounding cities are divided into "Wards". We are all from the Ninth Ward, and with the exception of myself and the Executive Chef, are from the "Lower Ninth Ward". To capture our legacy, and where it all started, we created "blo9"! Blo9 will be "boutique style" restaurant serving "authentic creole cuisine" in an intimate, quaint, yet modern, and vintage-chic ambiance, capturing some traditional, and industrial decor! We will WOW our consumers with a crisp-clean setup, dressed "white linen" tables "white dinnerware" and "black" wooden chairs. The bar will be an "Elegant Centerpiece" for blo9, including a decor that will WOW our consumers! Hopefully, this information provides insight, and assists in creating the BEST logo for our business.
