Family owned and operated barbecue restaurant preparing Texas style barbecue brisket, ribs, and sausage. Our cook (pitt master) has a true love for the smoking process and enjoys making others happy with his end product. Our target audience is the lunch crowd who is looking for a fresh, filling, and delicious lunch option in less than 45 minutes. Our food is not for calorie counters, vegetarians or vegans, but it is for individuals who love meat and potatoes. Limited quantities of brisket, ribs and sausage are prepared on a daily basis and are offered on the menu until sold out.
