MindsetLaunch is an easy, fun and inspiring way to experience new levels of happiness, success and personal empowerment.
What’s the one thing elite athletes, CEOs, spiritual gurus, and life coaches can all agree on? Everything starts with your mindset. In other words, your mental programming that sets the stage for how you interpret your life, react to events, behave, and ultimately, perform.
Pretty important stuff… So why is it that your average American has a mindset which produces negative, dis-empowering thoughts at a rate of 10 to 1? Up to now, upgrading your mindset has been a tedious and confusing process full of dead end self-help nonsense.
MindsetLaunch mashes together the sciences of epigenetics and neuroplasticity into an easy, real life game where we work together to improve our mindsets one day at a time.
Every week the MindsetLaunch team, including your two humble guides, will embark on short daily quests that employ simple and effective methods for upgrading our mindsets.
For example, when you’re under pressure, does your mindset associate pressure with pain and flood you with cortisol (the stress hormone)? Or, does your mindset look at pressure as fuel for growth and greatness, driving a mix of hormones that make you calm and focused under pressure. With a little practice in MindsetLaunch, your mindset can be the latter.
Each week will consist of quests related to a new positive mindset, which will range across the spectrum from handling pressure to quieting our inner critic. Yeah, that little voice inside your head that just said, “Uh oh!”
If we can spend an hour or two at the gym a week trying to look good, we can surely spent a few minutes a day crafting a mindset that helps us feel good.
Welcome to MindsetLaunch.
(Target Audience: Motivated male or female, ages 25-45. Likely, kinda a self-help junkie. Generally happy, but still not entirely satisfied.)
(message to participants 5/23/16: Hey all! Really enjoying the concepts so far! As I was looking at them, I noticed that a couple of you made a graphic of what looked like a rocket flying through a cloud that looked like a mind. This made me ponder a slight spin to this concept. Since we're talking about individuals transcending their own limiting mindsets, what if instead of a rocket, it was a person with a helmet and goggles (sex agnostic), maybe a cape, flying through the cloud that looks like a mind, arms or fists outstretched in kinda a superman pose, or something similar. Just a concept. Look forward to seeing if any of you take this on!)
