Create a simple but strong identity for a unique Chicago River boat rental business

We are a boat rental service that is similar to a pedal tavern-- but on water. Guests sit around a table and pedal to power their own pontoon boat. A licensed captain controls the movement of the boat allowing guests to drink alcoholic beverages during the trip if they so choose. A very popular activity for special events such as bachelor/bachelorette parties, but no specific event is necessary to participate. We currently own and operate two somewhat similar businesses (one is electric boat rental, and the other is transient dockage-- both along the Chicago River). Chicago and the River are a big part of our identity, obviously. I am going to attach the logos for our other companies. We would like to keep the branding somewhat similar. The Chicago Electric Boat Company brand is well known and has a great reputation and we would like the two rental companies to be openly associated with each other. We may be interested in any sort of small play off of our current rental company logo that could be integrated into the new logo.
