About us
A French-influenced patisserie specialising in exquisite eclairs. The business model is a single-product F&B retail shop that offers a constantly-evolving, wide variety of flavours. We envision our brand and shop to be simple and classic, yet modern and sophisticated. We take a classic French dessert, i.e., eclairs, and give it a modern twist with bold flavours and elegant decor. Our customers would be anyone who appreciates classic French pastries made from quality ingredients. They would range from college or university students, young to middle-aged working class adults, affluent housewives, corporate clients, event planners/stylists and etc. We expect our customers to be 70% females, 30% males. The shop interior design will reflect modern elegance and constitute very basic, minimalist colours. This will allow the colourful, vibrant eclairs on display to shine.
