Create a school crest for a new language school

We are a language school that teaches foreign languages in classroom and via private tutors.

We are looking for a school crest for a new language school. The school name is "Boots Institute of Foreign Languages." The school motto is "Mundus tuum est" (The world is yours). Both the name and motto must appear on the crest. The logo should evoke feelings of excellence, communication, knowledge, education, global in reach. This is a high-end, luxury brand of education. We want two versions, one in just black and another in color. The color version should have a maximum of three colors in addition to white space.
