The Frish Bar (with potential to incorporate a Frish Bistro brand) is a bar and restaurant style offering where Frish owns the entire restaurant and bar premises, but only operates the bar and front of house operations. The Frish Kitchen is then operated for either 2-3 months at a time by different food operators whether they be chef's looking to start their own restaurant/bars or corporate hospitality groups looking to test a new food offering. Coming into a fully fitted out commercial kitchen, with the front of house and licensing operations already taken care of, Frish gives up and coming food operators the opportunity to test their skills and prove their ability to succeed, before having to commit to the long term risk and responsibility that comes with opening food and beverage venues. Its target audience is mainly young professionals, but would also incorporate families dining out and in some area's corporate cliental.
