After 10 years we are changing our name but we are offering the same great service. The feeling we want to create with our new logo and name: Emphasis on "Solutions", Bold, Clean, Proactive, Strategic, Providing peace of mind to our client ("We've got this!").
No traditional law firm icons (scale, gavel, etc.).

* Workplace Safety (WISHA/DOSH) - Available for immediate representation and assistance with severe injuries and workplace fatalities; Provide advice and representation at Dept Resumptions Hearings; Appeals to the Board of Industrial Insurance, Superior Court and the Court of Appeals. * Workers' Compensation - advising and advocating at the Dept of Labor and Industries; Appeals to the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals; Superior Court and Court of Appeals. * Employment Law - Provide representation in discrimination and Employment Security Department matters; Advise on difficult employment issues with a focus on avoiding risk and litigation. *Training and Support - presentations to clients, employer groups, industry associations and conferences.
