Xipho Design was fantastic, I made the right choice!
Professional, prompt and attentive. He followed design brief perfectly and was patient with me through the design process. He listened to my feedback and provided unique professional designs. During handover process he was very helpful, giving me all files I needed for my website and printing. I will contact them again for future projects. THANKS!
Awesome designer. 2nd time we've used them. Highly recommend...
I found this designer a pleasure and professional to deal with who delivered the outcome we were looking for. She thought about the brief, came up with ORIGINAL material and demonstrated she was passionate about her chosen craft. This designer was patient and accommodating to our requests right through to the handover. Happy to recommend her. Thank you.

Karla put in a great deal of effort to design our logo. We greatly appreciated her time and dedication adjusting the logo until we found the perfect vision of our soon to be store. Thank you Karla.

NATAH has been a absolute pleasure to work with. They demonstrated amazing creativity to incorporate the design elements we requested in our logo, and then worked tirelessly to refine the project until our satisfaction. We are truly happy that we were able to work with this individual, and plan to stay in touch for further 1-on-1 projects. Thank you NATAH!

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Welcome to the Vaginal Microbiome Consortium, the VMC! We are a group of researchers studying the impact of the vaginal microbiome on women's health. VMC members at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) work in a highly interactive and collaborative team environment where clinicians, microbiologists, computational biologists, bioinformaticists, statisticians and human geneticists come together on a weekly basis to discuss ongoing projects.
Our ongoing Vaginal Human Microbiome Project at VCU is one of the NIH-funded Demonstration Projects for the Human Microbiome Project. Broadly, other ongoing projects include investigations of maternal and infant microbiomes and the development of new bioinformatics tools and statistical methods for microbiome research.

We are looking for a clean and simple design to represent our scientific consortium. We don't currently have one, and we are very excited about working with talented designers on this project.
It would be nice if we could incorporate a "genomic aspect" to the design. You can google "circos" for examples of genome representations. We also uploaded the HMP logo as an example. Another idea is to incorporate a design element to represent women or women's health, but we'd like the look and feel to be that of a scientific consortium. The women's gender symbol might be an option, but we don't want to stifle creativity.
Microbiome research is getting lots of attention in the press. See links below. We don't want to overwhelm you, but we'd be happy to send more information about recent work in the fields of women's health and the microbiome if you are interested.
