VitoPure is a new company in the business of health supplements. We provide natural health solutions for common ailments and also vitamin supplements that will help people lead healthier lives.
The objective is to come up with a Visual Identity for VitoPure. While the main component of this is the logo, we are open to looking at design guidelines as to how and where the logo will appear on the marketing material. The purpose of the logo is to act as a mnemonic device and identifier, to communicate thoughts and feelings related to health and to generate a desired emotional response. In the long run, this logo will define and symbolize the character of VitoPure.
The logo will be the face of the company and as such we want it to subtly convey, clinical, health, wellness, and purity though not necessarily in that order.
When written in text VitoPure is one word with V and P as capitals.
The target audience is mainly in the 45- 95 demographic. This is the age when the body as a whole, or in parts, starts wearing down and health problems start cropping up. Our aim is to communicate with people who, fed up with the side-effects and inefficacy of traditional medicine, are looking towards natural health alternatives.
The spokesperson of the company is an experienced and qualified MD. Keeping this in mind, the entire tone of the communication will be of a serious nature. Having said that, the aim of the communication will be not to overwhelm the consumer but to speak to him in an easy to understand manner. The takeout (perception) from the logo should be: Trusted.
Initially, the new logo will be used on the bottles of the supplements. These bottles will vary in size so the logo should be legible even if it is very small. The logo will also be used prominently in all stationery, and other marketing material.
Type of logo As we are a new company, we would not like to go with a symbolic logo. (just symbols). We would prefer a Wordmark/Logotype logo like Sony, Dell, Fedex, Disney, Ray-ban etc. We are also open to a combination logo (a combination of symbol and Wordmark)
The colours could be orange, a combination of blue and green (like the Standard Chartered logo colours), a combination of orange and green, or a combination of orange and blue (FedEX). We will also be open to colour suggestions from you as long as they are not GREEN based.
