Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Industry: oil and gas exploration and development. We develop, market and manage oil and gas direct participation programs (DPP's) in the mid-continent region of the U.S. DPP's are investment vehicles for accredited investors who wish to diversify their portfolio to include direct ownership of producing oil and gas properties.
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Our target audience is high net worth individuals (accredited investors) and our goal is to have them invest $50,000 or more into our oil and gas direct participation programs. Accredited investors tend to be older, established and quite wealthy (doctors, lawyers, engineers, retirees, etc.) So, the logo should be very professional, sophisticated and serious looking since we're managing other people's investments. Veritas means "truth" in Latin and "Ve-ri-tas" is on the shield of Harvard University, which is where the color Crimson comes into play since that's the Harvard color. I am an alumnus of Harvard Business School so I want to associate with my alma mater. We operate in the oil and gas exploration and development sector. The money we raise into our programs is used to drill oil and gas wells in the mid-continent region (Kansas/Oklahoma) of the U.S. (not offshore or in other countries). Having some oil/gas industry imagery incorporated into the logo would be a plus, but not essential. I'd like a color and black/white version of the logo.
