This logo is for a brand new salon& spa currently in construction. The salon will be an Aveda lifestyle salon and will retail Aveda hair products, skin care and makeup products. Services will include men and woman's haircuts, facials, waxing, Bridal and special occasions.
The salon design is very important as it will be In partnership with Aveda to create an urban centre of excellence for hair styling, Ayurvedic beauty therapies and Aveda retail products.
Aveda’s commitment to environmental leadership and sustainable development have a strong influence upon the design process. We strive to integrate reclaimed and sustainable materials throughout the project. The design will make clever use of specialist lighting to define ‘energy’ & ‘relaxation’ areas for the differing salon & spa functions, creating a journey of discovery through the space.

This is for a new AVEDA lifestyle salon and spa located in a high profile shopping center. Visit http://www.aveda.com for information regarding brand.The salon will be aligned with the holistic Aveda mission, and we plan to pamper our guests both male and female ranging in age 25-50. Aveda is a premier hair , skin and color line. We would like the salon to be fung shui and in neutral colors. The Tribe logo will be placed side by side with the Aveda logo on the exterior of the building. This plays an important factor is selecting the logo as it has to sit well next to the Aveda brand logo. The Aveda logo will be two thirds of the Tribe logo - The Aveda logo should be 2/3 the prominence of the Tribe logo in all exterior signage. This can be achieved by making the Aveda logo 2/3 the height of the cap height in the Tribe logo. The two-to-three ratio can be made judgement ally , based on the overall visual impression between the two logos.
The sign must be in all reclaimed materials and in halo lighting ( this plays a part in choosing a logo as well) - hope this helps, any questions feel free to ask. We can't wait to see your ideas.
