This is a fantastic resource for a small business owner like myself. The only thing that could have gone better was if I had understood during the qualifying round how to do a poll for my friends to give me feedback. I also didn't realize I could continue to upload sketches to the designers throughout the process using the "Briefs" section. I assumed that once I submitted my initial sketch that I could no longer upload any more sketches. Both are probably my own fault for not researching the site more thoroughly to understand how each of the tools worked. So, perhaps you might want to integrate those items into the communications you provide to future contest owners like me who have never used your service before. Great customer service from Joe and others that I dealt with over the phone. What you promised with the Gold package is exactly what I received. The designer who won the contest was very prompt in sending me files and making edits to them as necessary during the final stage of the process. Very pleased with my logo and have already recommended this resource to others.
A truly gifted designer!! We had a fairly abstract objective that was without question a challenging idea to capture in a logo. Axehead absolutely nailed it and we highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a logo that isn't just good but inspirational.
Nin@ totally got my vision for the logo and was more than willing to make changes to create the perfect logo!

Progenica is an online information platform targeted at patients with orthodontic or oral surgery problems. Think: crooked teeth, metal braces, crooked jaws, jaw surgery etc etc.. Target audience is really anyone with above problems, but there's probably a 2/3 to 1/3 ratio adults: teens.

There are no pre-defined colors etc I want to get used, but I think that a braced (!) tooth/teeth or braces or (crooked) jaw(s) could make a great pictorial or abstract mark. A plain tooth represents a dentist, which is not the target audience of the portal.
Furthermore, there should be a fine line between it being a logo representing something medical, serious, informative, but also being friendly, warm and helpful.
I'd also like the logo on a white background, i.e. no background-colors etc.
