Winner - Varex Design ™

Varex immediatily caught our attention with his innovative and fresh designs. Not only was he able to follow the instructions we had posted, he even posted a couple of designs taking risks and trying out things we had not even suggested to try. We were so happy he did this, because at the end of the day one of his "risky" designs ended up really catching our eye. He eventually tweaked it and listened to all our comments to make the perfect logo. While doing all this, he even took the time to come up with different and new designs in case we ended up liking a different idea. He was great, and really helpful. Will definitely recommend him to anyone.

Our organization provides commercial maintenance services (hence the "CMS"). Specifically power sweeping and power washing, among other commercial services. Our target audience are property managers, parking garage facility managers, property owners and any company or individual who may require maintenance for commercial properties.

The nature of our service is very boring but very necessary, kinda like eating vegetables. I want our logo to mask the reality of what we do and to become a symbol synonymous with commercial maintenance services. I want it to mean reliability, strength, and cleanliness. Creatively, do what you like.
