Hi, I am a Organizational Psychologist who is looking to start a private practice. I will be looking to consult to both educational institutions and companies on matters related to training and development (i.e. professional, personal development) and also providing coaching and mentoring services. I am in my mid 30's and these are my unique qualities for which I stand by for my company: I am detail oriented I am authentic I believe strongly in integrity and providing quality service I am compassionate I am shrewd The name - OrgCognisance - is a concept that I created during my PhD study and I am very passionate and proud of it. I'd like my logo to therefore try and capture the significance of this term through simplicity in font and a splash of color. I would ideally like the letter 'g(s)'to stand out in some way in the word OrgCognisance. "Aligning minds" is the meaning of OrgCognisance. Please note, I prefer a white background and NOT a dark background
