Create the next logo for Lean Product Development

I am looking for something quite specific - a logo for a change programme/transformation project. The concept is of 3 people on a cycle demonstrating the concept of speed (see rough example attached). They need to cycle to the right and we need to easily be able to change the colors of the logo. To go with the logo are three key words: Lean Product Development and this need to be incorporated in to a version to be used in varying circumstances. The largest it will be printed is A5 and it will be used on presentations, documents and intranet sites. Color palette we need it to work with is: Main colors Light blue: R105, G184, B214 Grey: R195, G195, B195 Dark Blue: R47, G69, B87 White: R255, R255, R255 Black: R0, G0, B0 Accent colors Yellow: R252, 185, 28 Turquoise: R82, G193, B184 Blue: R0, R78, G107 Red: R181, G0, B48 Orange: R255, G117, B7 We would like to be able to change the colors to suit requirements. We would also like to be able to have an alternative light colour (or white) so that it will work on a dark background. The client font is Zetta.
