Create the next logo for Excel Home Inspections

My business provides home inspections for home buyers (mainly) as well as for sellers. The majority of the inspections are part of the real estate process, and can make the difference of whether or not the house will be purchased. We provide clear and detailed reports of the house and its condition, as well as condition of major systems and structure. We pride ourselves in using the latest technology and delivering the report within minutes of finishing the inspection. Possible slogans i've been thinking about is "excel your home", "Excel your inspection", or "We excel for you". The target audience is about a 50/50 split between the actual home buyer and the realtor. Realtor relationships are huge in the home inspection industry. My logo needs to reflect a clean, professional, responsible and quality service. I am looking for something bold, that i can also use as a logo on my truck, uniform, website and business cards etc. We are based in Northern Virginia.
