The logo will be used for the splash screen/start screen and as the general logo for the app. I have attached a document with some ideas I had for the logo. Personally I am leaning towards #1 but after all I like all of them. However, this does not mean that you cannot come up with another logo. Please feel free to do whatever you want or just expand on any of the 5 ideas. Additionally, the colors are not a must; you can use any color combination you want.
