We provide a Joomla service, but because we are not directly associated with the Joomla Project, it is important that this logo is not at all like the Joomla logo. We have seen other Joomla related sites with a logo that is a derivative of the official Joomla logo and this is NOT what we want. You could include similar colors like we did in our banner ads: http://www.buildajoomlawebsite.com/…728x90.gif - however these will probably be too strong as is to match our web design.
The logo will be incorporated into a new web design and I have attached a screen shot of the home page. The logo will need to blend nicely with the green background so soft, earthy colors will work best. It might be best to copy the colors or use something similar to the colors in the sample logo. But that's up to you.
Finally, keep in mind that we will create variations of this logo in the future. The image will be different each time but the text will be the same. Therefore the text should be in a font that is easily available.
