Food & Drink
100% organic, loose-leaf, tea company located in Boulder, Colorado owned and operated by identical twin brothers. We offer a full line of herbal, black, and green teas. In the future we plan on expanding our business into other tea related food items. BoCO is short for Boulder, Colorado.
Logo types to explore
No teapot, teacup, tea leaf, teabag imagery - basically avoid all cliches. Also, avoid imagery of Rocky Mountains or the Flatirons. We want the logo to convey an image that is... - simple - clean but slightly edgy - uncluttered - modern but classic - no sharp edges - bold in a non gender specific way - leaning more towards the feminine side but not alienating men - has a symbol that is instantly recognizable without text. focus on... - it's an organic product - we take classic teas and put a modern spin on them - company is run by twins - we want BoCO Tea to be something that people look forward to on a daily basis. We are purposefully withholding examples at this stage of the project just so that we can see what you come up with. After the first drafts, if we feel that examples are necessary we will provide them. Ultimately, we want something that looks good on a banner as well as on a business card.

And then… they selected a winner!
Jana hit the brief from the word go and was very helpful in providing revisions to the design throughout the process. Her communication was clear, concise and her attitude was exactly what we had hoped for. The experience exceeded my expectations.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
