Amazing design and really listened to all of my ideas I had! Thanks!!
A brilliant, simple design that really hit the spot. Exactly what we needed, and we;ll be coming back from stationary from this designer very soon. The best example of just how well 99designs can work.
KojenArt exhibited great creativity and professionalism. I will work with this designer again in the future.

How Klitch817 started their logo design journey

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are building a bar (The Blacksmith) in the heart of downtown Austin Texas (E. 5th Street). The building/site has never been a bar, but has a rich history. Most recently it was a photography studio, but previously it was a mortuary and in the 1800's was a blacksmith shop. The building is made out of brick and we plan on carrying that into the bar. We plan on using all wood, exposed stone/brick, and wrought iron for the interior. The lighting will be chandeliers/edison bulbs and the wall decor will be various old photos of the history of the building and the people who inhabited it. The target audience age is 25+. We plan on having fun live music (originals, not covers), craft beer, and craft cocktails. The atmosphere will feel comfortable and classy, however the price point will be affordable. We would like the logo to bring a balance of the feminine side as we want to appeal to female patrons (as well as men). Since the name (The Blacksmith) is very masculine, the design elements would ideally convey something lighter and more feminine (maybe a filigree style...but something that doesn't detract too much from the readability of the brand name). We are not a tavern/irish pub and do not want an old english font. We are more of a lively lounge - classic and classy, but not stuffy and old.
