Create a memorable and balanced logo for my psychology clinic

Zenith Psychology

Zenith Psychology provides psychology services to adults and children. We help people find their own solutions and we see people as fundamentally OK but with behaviours that sometimes need changing or emotions that need accepting.

Descriptive adjectives:
Modern, evidence-based, caring, compassionate, intelligent, accurate, helpful, lovely, generous, wide-reaching, open, emotional, accepting.

Zenith means:
the best or most successful point/time
culmination
peak
direction
path

I'd like the meaning of Zenith to be alluded to in the design please.

I'm really liking the initials idea, but if used I'd love them to be integrated with the name and somehow hint at peak, culmination, direction.
Ideas other than initials are definitely interesting too.

My pinterest ideas board has some logo designs I really like in there.

I tend to like simple, integrated, hint-at-meaning logos.

No flowers, trees, people or arms-open-figures though. And please no more lime green. I prefer deep, darker jewel toned colours.
