We offer consulting and coaching services in leadership and management skills to organizations, teams and individuals who operate internationally or cross culturally - in particular in developing countries.

Our philosophy is based on the idea that meaning and performance go together, especially when working in cross cultural environment and that skills are necessary but not enough to ensure success. Ananda Ventures Network brings meaning into the way it works and the people it works with. Ananda Ventures Network is both a business and a community (network) where people who share our philosophy of life can come and work together or share ideas. Ananda means "bliss" in sanskrit - so we want to communicate the idea that we help our clients reconnect with what makes them blissful in a broad sense (ie not necessarily jumping around in joy but rather a sense of connection and direction / purpose in the way they work and live their lives). Also in terms of layout since Ananda Ventures Network is a very long name, it would be ok to play the "Ananda" as the central element and the Ventures / Network as secondary.
