Food & Drink
Maple Mountain Sugarhouse produces pure Vermont maple syrup and other maple products. We sell our wood-fired maple syrup direct to consumers. Our consumers range from locals, long distance customers and travelers/tourists to the Vermont region.
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Greens: Growth, harmony and success. Let designers make suggestions: Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
Maple Mountain Sugarhouse is a family business started in 1991. Lyman Gilman is basically a one-man show that works the 140 acre sugarbush, cuts 25+ cord of wood a year to fire the maple syrup, and then is behind the alchemy of making the syrup itself. The maple syrup produced by Maple Mountain Sugarhouse has an unique terroir due to it's high elevation sugarbush in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Our syrup is created with a wood fire that contributes to its unique and delicious flavor. Please see attached brochure, image of the sugarhouse in action, and a line drawing of the ridge line of Maple Mountain. We are looking for a simple, uncluttered, organic & natural, and classic logo. Some additional images of logos that we like are attached for your reference. If it doesn't cause clutter for the logo, we would love to include the year the business was established, 1991. Also, since wood fired maple syrup production is getting more and more rare, if there is a way to incorporate the 'wood-fired' aspect, that would be great. Also, the ridge line of Maple Mountain is something to possibly consider and explore. Sketch drawing of ridge line attached. We are also not opposed to incorporating an image of a maple tree, though it needs to be without leaves. We are also not opposed to use of the maple leaf or a sugarhouse image. We do not make our syrup with sap buckets, so best to not include any sap buckets.
