The Restaurant must be engaging, authentic, and sophisticated. It will play homage to its history and ancestral homeland but will also speak to the modern traveler by being worldly and cosmopolitan. Quite simply, it will be the best restaurant in the area for food, service, and design.The restaurant will service a mix of cuisines, as the area is heavily influenced by Creole, American, Indian, and Chinese cuisines. Catering to the modern traveler, technology must be integrated into the space in appropriate ways. Entertainment is a consideration for the space, as are multimedia/ televisions and a state of the art music system.
