- My name is Eiman and am from Egypt. All my passion goes to making the Japanese soft and fluffy bread buns, like Cream bun, melon bun, chocolate cornet....I went to Japan and had bread making course. Now I returned to Egypt and am going to open a Japanese online bakery shop. I want to let Egyptian remove the stereotype idea about Japan that Japan means sushi and Kimono.....
Here are some questions and answers to help you more :
1- The concept of your bakery and Why did you start the bakery?
My concept of this bakery shop is two main related points:
Unfortunately, what Egyptian and Arabs knows only about Japan is
"Kimono",,Sushi, "Osheen", the very famous old TV drama. Those
are the only words came to their minds when they heard the word Japan.
Through my business I want people to know that Japan is not only living
in Kimonos and eating sushi...I want to remove this stereotype idea...
I want people to know more and read more and be interested in Japan
as one of the leading counties today. So I want them to open their eyes
and know more about the culture ..I think this might happen when I start my business and let them taste my soft fluffy Japanese buns.
2- How are you planning to run it? Any special methods or techniques?
I took Bread baking courses in Japan and am still taking them on a weekly basis from Japan through Skype. So, I will start my business also "Online"
I will start with a Facebook page, including my bread photos and prices and people can order online and I will deliver the bread to their home. If things go well I will open a small bakery shop on my own. That's why I want to make a good logo that can last forever :)
3- What type of bakery is it? What are you selling exactly?
My theme is Japanese soft and fluffy bread.I will sell two main items:
A- Sweet hand size Buns including 4 types:
Melon Pan / Cream Pun / Chocolate Cornet / cranberry Flat bun
B- Savory long braided bread including 3 different fillings types:
Cheese / Chicken / Meat
