Our Company (PrimalUpgrade) is a pet food and supplement company that provides products designed to upgrade the way that our active pets live their lives. All of our products are designed to be as natural as possible and strive to improve the lives of even the most athletic of our pets. The two primary drivers in all of our products are: 1. They are natural, intended to be as close to the "primal" diet that our furry little friends would find in nature, not full of chemicals, preservatives, starches and grains which would almost never be consumed in the wild 2. They serve a specific purpose: From food supplements designed to provide a proper balance of nutrients (regardless of the food you currently feed your pets) to complete and balanced food, every product that we offer is designed to upgrade your pet's health and wellness in every way. Target Audience: Our primary customers are pet owners (mainly dog owners at this point) who own active pets (more athletic breeds, like herding and sporting dogs) and want the best for their animals. They spend time researching products for their pets and have a deep understanding of exactly what should and shouldn't be going into their pet's bodies. Design Direction: Obviously with our name there is an immediate gut reaction towards the natural and "paleo" type themes and these are fine as long as they are original. While we enjoy a good mix of different design types, something that feels more "natural" is probably the best fit for our brand and our customers.
