Overview We are a 45 year old manufacturer of asian & tropical foods under many brands. Under the corporate umbrella name of Ramar Foods, we have more than 10 proprietary brands, with Manila Gold being just one of them. Target Audience Our core market consists of Asians and Asian-americans, but we are working to expand to more general American consumers. About the Product Line This Manila Gold line focuses on Tropical Fruits, mainly the Calamansi (also known as Calamondin, a special tropical lime). We also have some products using the Philippine Mango, but the Calamansi is the primary ingredient in our products under this brand. Our top selling product is a frozen calamansi puree sold in small sachets (like ketchup) that is used as both a condiment and as a primary cooking ingredient. Deliverable We are looking for both evolutionary and revolutionary designs. Ideally, the design should clearly communicate the tropical fruit nature of the products.

I've done several designs on 99Designs, and I know many artists like to render the logo in different ways to illustrate its use. Attached in the brief is also our packaging design for the currently existing line, as well as the current logo, which we are looking to re-do.
