It features high-end luxury finishes, commercial grade construction, and most-importantly a living roof (roof garden) with a deck and conservatory/office. Target audience is well-heeled buyers (price is about $700,000 per unit), doctors, hip technology executives, and empty nesters who want luxurious low maintenance living with 'eco-friendly' features.

UPDATE 4-20 - PLEASE READ. Thanks for all the great submissions. I'd also like to see some choices that are more abstract and don't use the HR in the main logo so I can see if it resonates in a different way. Meeting with project architect today to review all the choices.
Please look at the rendering of the project first - it has a flat living roof, not a peaked roof!! We would like something simple and clean, suitable for the marketing of this 6-unit development via website, brochures and postcards. Important to emphasize the contemporary nature of the project while being respectful to historic surroundings and City. Incorporation of a 'green' element to reflect the living roof would be important. A living roof is one that is planted with drought resistant grasses and flowers to absorb water and conserve energy, and be beautiful!
