samnadams got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Create a logo for a Los Angeles tech news outlet
Check out samnadams's Logo design contest…
We are a media organization / news outlet covering technology companies in Los Angeles
We are still deciding whether to stylize it as "The Intersection" or "Intersxn" - so feel free to submit whatever you think looks the best between them. Also, we are considering putting "LA" in the logo (e.g. "Intersxn.LA" or "Intersxn LA"), although if it's there it would need to be easy enough to remove the "LA" part in case we expand to other markets. Otherwise, we are looking for something sleek and clean - with a Southern California aesthetic. Thank you!
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.

99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
