Create a logo for a legal blog directed to entrepreneurs

Attorney & Law
This logo is intended for a legal blog. My target audience are not only lawyers, but entrepreneurs or practically anyone looking to find answers to legal inquiries in the web.
Other color requirements
Blue, black, yellow, white (I don't have a particular inclination towards a color, as long as it looks elegant, simple and mature.
Four things: 1) The written accent in "í" is absolutely necessary. In spanish the word "jurídico" has a written accent, therefore the logo must include it, otherwise it would be considered a serious mistake. 2) There are some objects/cartoons that are often related with the legal profession that I do not like: an owl, the Lady Justice (and the scales that she is balancing), and the judge's hammer. Please do not use any of these as an image of the logo. 3) If it is helpful, consider for purposes of this logo that "El Jurídico" means literally in English "The Legal Department". So "El" = "The" and "Jurídico" = "Legal Department". 4) The image I uploaded is just a prototype I quickly designed a moment ago specifically for purposes of providing a helpful guidance. So it is NOT a logo I've used or anything and there is a huge leeway to depart from it in your design (specially considering that it is butt-ugly).
