IPAC is the leading organization of applied HR selection & assessment professionals, with members actively engaged in practice, research, and training to meet the needs of both public and private-sector organizations. Our members include HR directors and managers, specialists in staffing, recruiting, and organizational performance management, psychologists, attorneys, management consultants, academic faculty and students, and others sharing professional interests and expertise in the development and effective use of HR selection and assessment methods.

I'd like to explore the following colors: Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty. Let designers make suggestions: Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth.
